Before founding Indigo Leadership, I spent more than 20 years leading Marketing teams in healthcare and healthcare technology, most recently as VP of Marketing at a $2B healthcare technology company. I've led through rapid growth, acquisitions, restructurings, digital transformation, PE ownership, and the pressure that comes with being accountable for both the business results and the people responsible for delivering them.
Today, I bring that real-world leadership experience together with professional coaching training to help leaders navigate the challenges that don't come with a playbook.
