Kate Bradbury
Founder & Executive Coach, Indigo Leadership
Before founding Indigo Leadership, I spent more than 20 years as a marketing leader in the healthcare and technology space, including over a decade with athenahealth building and scaling teams as the business grew from $800M to over $2B in revenue.
I held multiple leadership roles, most recently serving as VP of Brand and Performance Marketing leading a 50-person organization.
Along the way, I learned how to develop people into strong leaders, rebuild trust after a reorg, and keep a team focused when priorities kept changing. I learned to manage up, work through conflict with peers, and make hard calls with incomplete information. Today, as a Certified Executive Coach, I combine that experience with formal coaching training to help leaders handle the challenges that don’t come with a playbook.
